Bogna Pilarczyk graduated from Poznań University of Economics with Master degree in 1970. In 1974 she received the title of Doctor of econimics sciences and next in 1991 a postdoctoral degree. In June 2005 she was awarded the title of professor and then in September 2005 appointed full professor at the Poznań University of Economics.
Bogna Pilarczyk occupied many positions at the University: Head of the Department of Marketing Strategies, Member of the Senate, President of numerous faculty and university committees. Since 1991 she has been a member of the Board of Management of the Faculty of Management at the Poznań University of Economics. She gives lectures, conducts seminars at undergraduate, master and doctorate studies, as well as at MBA level. She has supervised several hundred Master and 13 PhD graduates of Economics. In scientific reasearch she deals with strategic management, marketing, and business communication. For many years she has been cooperating with the business world carrying out many research and implementation projects for its benefits.
Witold Hołubowicz is a graduate of the Faculty of Telecommunications and Electronics of Poznan University of Technology. In 1986 he recieved the title of Doctor and in 1993 a postdoctoral degree at that Faculty. In the years 1987-1989 he was a visiting professor at Broklyn Polytecnic in the United States, and in 1991-1996 was a professor at a newly established international Polish-French technical university in Poznań. Since 2003 he has been the Head of the Department of the Applied Computer Science at the Faculty of Physics of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. During the period of 1997 to 2017 he was President of the Management Board of ITTI Ltd in Poznań, a company operating in the field of innovative ICT solutions.
Andrzej Kurc is a graduate of the Department of Civil Engineering at Poznań University of Technology. From September 1991 he was employed at Talex Sp. z o.o. as a programmer, and from August 1992 to May 1998 he was a President of the Management Board in the Talex Software Sp. z o.o. Since the transformation of Talex Software Sp. z o.o. into Talex S.A., from June 1998 he held the following positions: Director of Software Department, Director of Project Management Office. Currently, he is working as Director of the Research and Development Bureau.
Jacek Nowak has had his connections with Poznań University of Life Sciences since 1979. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Food Science and Nutrition of Poznań University of Life Sciences, where he was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, and then the post-doctorate degree. In December 2007 he was awarded the academic title of professor. In 1987 and 1988 he stayed in the USA at Cornell University on a Fulbright grant, and in 2003 on an OECD scholarship. Since 2014 he has been the Director of the Institute of Plant Food Technology at the Faculty of Food Science and Nutrition, and since 2009 he has been the Head of the Department of Fermentation and Biosynthesis. He is the organizer and coordinator of English-speaking, international master's studies conducted at the Faculty. He is also a member of the Programme Council of the Centre for Advanced Technologies at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
Małgorzata Poprawska is a graduate of University of Economics in Poznan at the Faculty of Economics of Production and Trade.

In 1991 she obtained the diploma of the chartered accountant No. 13012 with the specialization in the field of industry and after the change of the regulations she was registered in the list of chartered accountants under No. 5796.
She is professionally involved mainly in auditing financial statements and similar services.
In the years 1991-2003 she served on the Management Board as Vice President and later President of the accounting and auditing firm. Since June 2003 she has been a Partner in Poprawska and Kasztelan Biegli Rewidenci Spółka Partnerska entered on the list of audit firms maintained by the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors, responsible for the audit and training department related to accounting, audit and related services.
The Members of the Supervisory Board in Talex S.A. do not run any competitive activities in relation to the Company, and do not participate in any other competitive company as partners in a partnership or civil law partnership or members of an authority of a joint stock company, and are not engaged in any other competitive legal entity as members of its authority.
