Information on internal regulations concerning changing the auditor

A selection (change) of an entity authorized to audit financial statements is made in the Company in accordance with generally applicable laws. Pursuant to § 35 clause 1 of the Company’s Articles of Association, the appointment of an auditor is the responsibility of the Supervisory Board of the Company. The Company has not introduced any additional internal regulations in this regard.
