Janusz Gocałek

President of the Management Board

Mr. Janusz Gocałek graduated from the Mathematics and Natural Sciences Department, Higher Pedagogical School in Słupsk. In the years 1979-1990, he worked in the Institute of Building Technologies and Constructions, Poznań University of Technology, where he managed the Data Processing Center. In the years 1990-1998 he was director of Talex sp. z o.o., and since its transformation into Talex S.A. in 1998, he has been President of the company.  Janusz Gocałek coordinates the work of the Management Board of Talex SA, represents the company in external contacts and supervises the administrative departments of the Company.

Jacek Klauziński

Vice-President of the Management Board

Mr. Jacek Klauziński graduated in IT from the Electric Engineering Department, Poznań University of Technology. In the years 1981-1990, he worked in the Institute of Building Technologies and Constructions, Poznań University of Technology. In the years 1990-1998, he was deputy director of Talex sp. z o.o. Since 1998 as Vice President of the Management Board of Talex SA, he has been supervising the Company's finances, commercial and service activities, and coordinating investment processes in the Company.

Andrzej Rózga

Vice-President of the Management Board

Mr. Andrzej Rózga graduated in IT from the Electric Engineering Department, Poznań University of Technology. In the years 1985-1989, he worked in Mercomp Sp. z o.o. and after that in Komplex EFC in Poznań. In the years 1989-1990, he was vice-president of Grawis sp. z o.o. In the years 1990-1998, he was deputy director of Talex sp. z o.o. Since 1998 he has been the Vice-President of the Management Board of Talex SA. His tasks include supervising the departments of the Company that deal with the construction and development of information technologies.

Rafał Szałek

Member of the Management Board

Mr. Rafał Szałek graduated from the Civil Engineering Department, Poznań University of Technology and Executive Master of Business Administration at Poznań University of Economics and The Nottingham Trent University in Great Britain. In 1992, he became Sales Director of Talex Software Sp. z o.o., a company engaged in software manufacturing and sales. After acquiring Talex Software Sp. z o.o. by Talex S.A. in 1998, he hold the following positions in Talex S.A.: Management Board’s Plenipotentiary for Cooperation with Strategic Customers, Director for Cooperation with Strategic Customers, and (since May 2006) Sales Director. Since 2007, as a Member of the Management Board of Talex SA, he has coordinated the Company's commercial activities and been responsible for relations with key clients.

Radosław Wesołowski

Member of the Management Board

Mr. Radosław Wesołowski is a graduate of Mathematics and Computer Science Faculty of Poznań University, Computer Science Program. In 2006 he completed managerial studies in Wielkopolska School of Business, obtaining the MBA diploma of Nottingham Trent University and Wielkopolska School of Business. He has been associated with the Company since 1996. At first he was employed in the sales department of the Company. From 2000 he worked as a Director of TALEX S.A. Branch in Wrocław. Between 2001 and 2003 he was a Member of the Management and the President of the Management of Zachodnie Systemy Teleinformatyczne – the subsidiary of TALEX S.A. From 2004 he was the Director of the Śląsk Region of TALEX S.A. and since 2008 he has been working as a Director of the Department of Financial Sector Support. In 2010 he became a Member of the Management Board of Talex SA. He is responsible for coordinating the Company's trading activities as well as for relations with the Company's key customers.
