The contents of the report:

The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby informs that today the Company became aware of the conclusion of the annex of 1 October 2015 to the agreement with Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. with its registered office in Wroclaw, about which the Company had informed in the current report No 17/2011. The subject of the annex is the extension of the term for the provision of services concerning Data Center. The services will be provided by the Company for 5 years and their value in that period is estimated at the net amount of PLN 9.2 million.
