The contents of the report:

The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby informs that today the Company signed the annex to the agreement with Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. , about which the Company informed in the current report No 5/2011. The subject of the annex is the extension of the agreement for additional services. New services will be provided by the Company during 5 years and their value in the described period is estimated at the amount of PLN 3.1 million gross.
