The contents of the report:

The Management of Talex S.A. hereby informs that today the Company received the decision of the Regional Court in Poznan - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznan dated 28 June 2013 on the entry into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the amendment to the Articles of Association adopted by the Resolution No 21 of the General Meeting of Shareholders called on 25 April 2013 (the Company's publication of the Current Report No 15/2013). The consolidated text of the Articles of Association of the Company which takes into account the amendment will be made public immediately after its adoption by the Supervisory Board, to whom that competence was granted by the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders called on 25 April 2013.
