The contents of the report:

The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby informs that today the Company signed the annex to the agreement with Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. with its registered office in Wroclaw. The Company had informed about the annex in the current report No 5/2011 and about its change in the current report No 26/2013. The subject of the annex is the extension of the agreement for additional services. New services will be provided by the Company within 5 years and their value in the specified period is estimated at the amount of PLN 3.1 million gross.
