The contents of the report:

The Management of Talex S.A. informs that the Company signed the annex to the agreement dated 5 October 2009 and concluded with Bravura Solutions Polska Sp. z o. o. with its seat in Warsaw.

The subject of the agreement is the provision of ICT infrastructure along with the complementary services.

By virtue of the signed annex, the range of the provided services was broadened and the term of the agreement was extended to 31 July 2019.

The value of the remuneration on account of the performance of the agreement is due to the Company from the date of the annex conclusion to the end of the term of the agreement and is estimated at the amount of PLN 4.0 million.
